Metanome Announces Corporate Name Change to Diversigen

New name reflects the diversity of the company’s microbiome services and the customers it serves.

HOUSTON, April 23, 2015 – Metanome, Inc., an industry leader in comprehensive microbiome services, today announced the company has changed its name to Diversigen, Inc. The name was changed to reflect Diversigen’s positioning as the single commercial source for the myriad of services and expertise customers need to capitalize on the diverse opportunities of the microbiome. From the wide diversity in sample types that Diversigen accepts – including those that are difficult to handle, such as low biomass samples – to their platform agnostic and flexible sequencing capabilities, expertise in study design and varied analytical tools, and proven ability to consult on complex process options, Diversigen helps researchers, scientists and industry move from complexity to clarity in the microbiome.
